Produced from Grenache and Tempranillo grapes grown in the region of the Judean Hills.
After a short maceration on its skins, the grapes were gently pressed, followed by fermentation of the juice in stainless steel vats to retain the grapes' aromas. The wine continued its aging in stainless steel vats for an additional three months.
The wine displays pale ping hues with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and spices. Medium bodied with balanced acidity.
A good accompaniment to dishes like Nicoise salad, soft sheep or goat cheeses or grilled chicken.
