Produced from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the Upper Galilee.
After fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a further 12 months of maturation in the bottles.
This wine displays a deep violet color with aromas of plums, cassis and mint . Full bodied with a velvety texture, balanced tannins and a long and even finish.
Best served with various meat dishes, both light or well-seasoned and pastas with a meat sauce.
